Last year, we updated our Selections tool to improve your customers’ experience. This year, we helped you better understand this tool and shared the tool’s five advantages that make your sales more effective.
Our Selections tool allows you to compile lists of the best offers to suit each client’s preferences and expectations. These lists can then be sent directly to your clients via a link where they can choose which option they’d most like to book.

Partnerships and collaborations
RateHawk joined forces with Travelport CETS
RateHawk has now teamed up with Travelport CETS. This integration allows our partners to keep and import all RateHawk bookings instantly into the CETS and their Mid-Office Systems. The Travelport CETS and RateHawk integration allows travel professionals to tailor unique experiences for clients.
In only three months, RateHawk has signed other partnership agreements and even been an award finalist:

Met partners and built new connections at FITUR Madrid
This year, we kicked off our participation in leading travel industry events at FITUR in Madrid, which took place in January. Events like these are where we meet our incredible partners and gain the opportunity to share, learn, and grow as a business!
Traveled to the MATKA Travel Fair
We also made fantastic connections, welcomed new partners, and received insightful feedback on our service at the MATKA Travel Fair in January 2024.
Soared to ITB in Berlin and BTL in Lisbon
Our Hawks were spotted at BTL Lisbon and ITB Berlin in March. We love attending these events as they give us the valuable opportunity to chat with our partners, meet new people, and learn more about the dynamic travel industry.
