How to create separate profiles for each user

The process to set up separate profiles for each user in your agency is relatively straightforward; here is how you can do it yourself, step by step. 

Step 1: Go to Settings

In the top right-hand corner of your Back Office screen, you will see your registered email address with a down arrow next to it. Click this arrow, and once the drop-down box appears, click on “Settings.”

Step 2: Add a user

Once you have accessed settings, you will see a screen called “Office settings,” from here, click on “Users.” 

On the right-hand side of the screen, there will be a button to “Add user.” Click here. Now, you will be able to see all the users added to the account.

Step 3: Enter new user details

Next, you will see a screen appear on the right-hand side titled “Adding a user.” When this appears, you will see all the relevant fields where you can input the details of your new user. You can also choose the new user’s “Role in the system” from the drop-down menu. 

At the bottom, add their email address and then hit “Save.” 

Now you have added a new user to your account, and you can start benefiting from all the advantages of giving each of your travel agents their own profile on the RateHawk platform!
