What is the Selections tool?

Our Selections tool allows travel agents to compile a customized list of the best offers tailored to their clients’ needs. Selections aren’t limited to properties — add to it flights, transfers, or additional services to sell more quickly in one message. Using a special link, you can send a selection to a client, who can then choose the option they like best directly from the list. Now, with our latest update, we’ve taken Selections to the next level.

We’ve supercharged Selections with a cleaner design and automatic price updates. Here’s what’s changed:

A streamlined design

We’ve moved selection settings into a separate form, creating a more intuitive layout that allows agents to manage offers with ease:

1. The settings are now accessible with a single click on the “Set up” button. 

2. Once you click the “Set up” button, a pop-up window conveniently opens on the right side of your page. Here, you can customize selections faster and easier. In the Settings, you’ll now find a “Hide prices from the client” checkbox — a frequently requested feature that lets you share beautiful collections without displaying rates.

Live rate updates

Say goodbye to outdated prices. 

Now, a selection opens in a new window, and the latest rates and availability are automatically updated. If you’ve been on the page for more than 10 minutes, a pop-up notification appears, prompting you to refresh for the latest rates. This applies to both agents and clients, ensuring they always see the most up-to-date offers.
