Clients have more control with their choices
This new feature allows clients to browse our hotel listings directly and begin the booking process. Agents receive a notification with their selections and simply have to follow through with the booking.
In some cases, clients can select multiple options – which the agent simply needs to confirm before proceeding with the booking.
2. Personalisation through comments
Leave comments tailored to client’s requests
Previously, you could leave comments on selections for clients. However, your customers couldn’t tell if those were automatically generated or specially added for them.
Now, each comment left by agents is prominently displayed next to their selection. This is an opportunity for you to showcase unique features of listings – such as attractions, restaurants or special rooms.
We know that anyone can book a hotel online, but it’s insights and features like this that gives you the step above the rest.
3. Detailed discounts
Transparency about discounts
We always want our clients to know how special they are. Previously, they couldn’t see where you were applying their personal discounts and couldn’t see the value in your service.
Now, instead of them having to figure it out, it’s prominently displayed for them to see – which ultimately influences their purchase decision.
It’s important for agents to note that the discounts won’t be applied automatically. Your personalized discounts are applied at the cost of your own commission fees. However, feel free to invent a discounted reasoning to further encourage your clients to purchase now.
4. Additional Services in One Message
Attach info about excursions, flights, transfers and so on
Sometimes clients need more information than what is provided and the only issue with that is that this info had to be sent via several additional messages. Now, we’ve added a window to the dashboard to keep all of these notes in the same place.
This makes it even easier for agents to share specific information and for clients to receive everything they need — for example flights, transfers or excursions. You can also attach photos and additional links to the offer.
