We have turned standard selections into a high-tech tool that helps you to generate an individualized offer for your client in just a few minutes. The new selections won’t contain any reference to our system, but instead they will feature your contact details, selected hotels with specific rates for all the cities that the client plans to visit during their trip, as well as total prices including your commission!

We launched multi-editing of profiles
Now you can make changes not only for each saved user separately, but also for all of them at once (subject to a limit of 500 profiles). This is convenient and will save you lots of time: for example, in just a couple of minutes you can provide or block access to your online account for multiple managers. We tell you about this feature in detail here.
We added a new payment method for transfers and held a huge promotion
We launched a major promotion this summer — we provided a 10% discount on transfers in over 100 countries for a whole month. The results were impressive: you booked more transfers in July than in any previous month in 2022!
We added a new payment method in September — bank card when booking. This is especially convenient if a transfer is required urgently: you won’t have to figure out your credit limit or wait for a bank transfer.

We became partners of Technoheaven and Beroni
We became a partner of Technoheaven — a British supplier of software to the travel industry — at the very beginning of the third quarter. According to Technoheaven CEO Vinod Kelwani, working with RateHawk adds a new dimension to their partner ecosystem and provides agents with significant benefits, such as vouchers and reports in real-time.
We also announced a partnership in the third quarter with Spanish travel-tech company Beroni. Now, users of the Wasabi-s platform (a Beroni product) have access to all of RateHawk’s hotel inventory — 1.8 millon+ accommodation options throughout the world! According to Beroni CEO Josep Bellés over 800 agencies will be delighted to make use of our offerings.
We joined the Romanian Tourist Association (ANAT)
We joined Romania’s association of travel agencies and now we can research the local market and needs of our partners in greater depth. We are sure that this collaboration will help us to launch lots of interesting projects and make RateHawk even more useful to travel agents!
We hosted a webinar on API integrations with Vervotech and completed API integration with OTRAMS GO
API technology enables our partners to book hotels at RateHawk’s rates through their own software system, which is convenient and saves money! To explain the benefits of such integrations in greater detail, we held a webinar in August with Vervotech (recording available here).
In the third quarter we also completed integration with OTRAMS GO: travel agents who work with this platform have gained access to RateHawk’s hotel inventory.

We were nominated for the Globe Travel Awards
It’s not for nothing that the Travel Weekly Globe Travel Awards are dubbed the “British Oscars” — it’s prestigious to win them, but far from easy. We are thrilled that travel professionals from throughout the world have appreciated our system and nominated RateHawk in the Best Accommodation-Only Provider category!
The awards short-list will be published in November 2022, and the winner will be crowned in January 2023. We are looking forward to the results, and thank you for your support!
We held meetings with partners in Turkey and Georgia
In July we held our first offline event for Turkish partners: together with over 60 agencies we discussed RateHawk’s features and created a truly fun atmosphere!
In September we met up with Georgian partners in Batumi, discussed the system’s new tools and were inspired by hearing warm feedback.

We held an offline team-building event in the UK
We really enjoy observing our British and Irish hawk team expanding while becoming even friendlier! Our staff took part in their first team building exercise in Manchester in August and not only had great fun over two days but also generated lots of ideas on how to further develop our system.
