RateHawk marked our sixth birthday in April — once again we thank our partners for their congratulations and good wishes! To ensure that our celebratory mood extended beyond the realms of our team we held a prize draw and published an interview with our favorite hawks.
We added an air tickets search filter
The new filter will enable you to find offers from a specific carrier quickly — just enter the required airline when you select the flight destination and outbound date. This is especially relevant for popular destinations when some offers won’t otherwise appear in the search results.

We launched a feedback form for hotel content
Now you can send comments about contents to our editors directly from the hotel page on RateHawk. You can tell us, for example, that the photos are out of date or the room category is incorrectly indicated. This new function will help us to provide up to date information about the accommodation for you and your colleagues — all the details can be found here.
We held a webinar together with wbe.travel
In June, we hosted a webinar with wbe.travel — a supplier of cloud software solutions: we discussed what travel destinations are in particular demand, how to book at the very lowest rates, and how to automate work processes. We thank the speakers and participants and look forward to further joint events! You can view a recording of the webinar here.
We held offline seminars in various countries
We found further proof in the second quarter of 2022 that there is no such thing as too many face-to-face meetings! Our hawks hosted their first ever seminars in Bulgaria, Bosnia and Turkey, and after a long break due to the pandemic once again got together with partners in person in Armenia, Greece and Croatia.

We joined a Greek association of travel agencies
In June, RateHawk joined the association of travel agencies of Macedonia and Thrakis (ETGMTH) — now we can study the Greek travel industry in detail and contribute to its development. We are delighted to be joining a team of professionals and are very much looking forward to joint projects!
We hosted a media breakfast in Italy
In May, the Director of Commercial Operations at RateHawk Marta Ladutko and Italy Manager Gabriele Graziani hosted a business breakfast for the media in Milan. The invited journalists were greatly interested in discussing the system’s new features with our hawks, as well as our completed projects and ambitious plans — we thank them for participating in the event and their prompt publications in the media!

We were nominated for The Travel Industry Awards by TTG 2022
We got some more nice news in June: RateHawk was short-listed for the prestigious British Travel Industry Awards by Travel Trade Gazette in the Technology Supplier of the Year category. We thank our partners from Great Britain and Ireland for their faith in us and are really looking forward to the final, which will be held in September!
We took part in travel industry events around the world
In April, RateHawk visited the 18th Airmet Portugal congress in the Algarve and the largest trade exhibition in Central Asia, KITF. At the end of May we held three packed days at TTR Baltic — we networked with partners in Riga, Vilnius and Tallinn and presented our widest-ranging novelty of the first quarter, the payment by link function.

We held a team-building event in Warsaw
In April, several of our European hawks met up in the Warsaw office to discuss work processes and plans to develop the system. They also shared their know-how and just hung out together! We hired our 1,000th employee
Our team is constantly growing and reached over 1,000 people in the second quarter of 2022! We are proud not only of our number of staff, but also of the quality of their work. So here we take the opportunity to thank everybody once again for a great performance. Together we are making RateHawk easier to use and more useful for our partners!
