We discussed important rules for booking air tickets
We aim to provide all RateHawk partners with full access to booking of travel services, including air tickets from 300+ airlines. We explained in a separate article why it’s important to issue air tickets for at least 50% of bookings.
We held a big spring prize draw
The spring season has begun in earnest: RateHawk partners throughout the world got additional motivation to work effectively and took part in our big prize draw! No fewer than 26 super agents were winners, and we were delighted to award them an iPad Air and other fantastic prizes.

We participated in major international exhibitions
The 2023 business season began for the RateHawk team in Madrid, where the extensive travel forum FITUR was held. We were glad to meet old friends and make new contacts!
In early March, a big team of 45 staff headed for Berlin to the legendary ITB exhibition: in three days we held over 400 meetings with colleagues and partners and discussed a huge volume of joint plans!
In April we couldn’t say no to another opportunity to meet partners from various countries, and set off for Almaty to the international KITF exhibition! As always, an incredible friendly atmosphere prevailed at the RateHawk stand while the system’s useful tools and opportunities for further cooperation were actively discussed.
We met with partners throughout the world
The first quarter of the year was totally packed for local RateHawk teams as well! In January, our hawks visited the Matka Nordic Fair in Helsinki, and then in February networked with partners in Bucharest at the TTR Romanian Tourism Fair, even conducting a cocktails master-class there. Meanwhile, the Spanish team introduced RateHawk at the Convention of Group Avasa in Sitges as a priority supplier of hotel inventory.
Exciting events started to take place even more frequently in March! Our European hawks visited BTL Bolsa de Turismo in Lisbon, BMT Borsa Mediterranea del Turismo in Naples, the Holiday World exhibition in Poland and ALLINTOO workshops in Wrocław.
And that’s not all: the Latin American team met partners at the Virginia Turistica Anato Nacional exhibition in Colombia and the Tianguis Turístico de México Oficial exhibition in Mexico, while our Senior Director for Business Development in North America Daniel Wilkes took part in the SoCal and NorCal exhibitions organized by Goldrush Getaways. Indeed, the spring season was super busy!

We shared knowledge and discussed industry development
We are always glad to share experience with colleagues, discuss global trends and make our contribution to the industry’s development! And so, in the first quarter of 2023 RateHawk Director of Commercial Operations Marta Ladutko participated in a panel discussion at the Lufthansa City Center Reisebüros conference and explored with executives of major travel companies how travel agencies might preserve and grow their revenues as market conditions change.
In February, the head of the RateHawk Business Development Department Evgeny Khitrik held a seminar for our partners in Kazakhstan, where he presented important system updates and answered questions from guests.
We became ASTA partners
RateHawk became a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) in the first quarter of 2023. Thanks to this cooperation we can study the requests of your clients in detail and provide you with even more useful tools for developing your business.
After such an exciting start, 2023 promises to be extremely productive! We are continuing to develop RateHawk 24/7 and, of course, will continue to tell you about our updates.
