Product updates

Build multi-destination itineraries with Trips

Planning journeys with multiple destinations and services just got more structured. Trips — formerly Quotes — introduce a more intuitive way to build multi-destination itineraries.

What’s new:

  • Accommodations and transfers can now be combined across different stages of a journey.
  • Services are automatically grouped by location and travel dates — no manual sorting needed.
  • The trip is displayed as a clear timeline, with a visual itinerary in the left sidebar making it easier to navigate between services and stages.

With Trips, you now can:

  • Create complex, multi-stage itineraries more easily.
  • Visualize the traveler’s journey in a clear timeline.
  • Navigate between different services and stages more conveniently.
  • Present multi-destination itineraries to clients in a clearer, more structured format.

Please note: If a Trip includes several services (for example, a hotel and a transfer), each service is booked and paid for separately.

Enjoy more flexibility across payments

We continued developing RateHawk’s payment experience in Q3, giving partners more flexibility when managing bookings across different travel products.

One payment flow across more products

For partners who already have the new payment flow enabled for accommodations and transfers, we’re extending the experience to car rentals, air tickets, and train tickets.

What’s new:
Depending on the booking, available products, and the partner’s contract, the new flow allows partners to choose when — either book and pay now or book now and pay later – and how to pay. Available payment methods can include card, Wallet, bank transfer, Pay Pal, Alipay, Open Banking, and other available methods.

Available price formats vary by product and contract:

  • Accommodations, car rentals, and transfers: Net and Gross
  • Air and train tickets: Net during booking, with Gross available after ticket issuance when a credit limit is used

Please note: The new payment flow applies to the products available in each partner’s account.

Split payments across multiple cards

Need more flexibility when collecting payment from clients? Multi-card payments let you split a booking cost across different bank cards.

Multi-card payments can be especially useful when:

  • A group of travelers wants to share the total cost.
  • Clients need to split payment between different cards.

How does it work?

  • When paying by bank card, select “Multiple cards,” assign an amount to each card, and complete the payment.
  • Each card can be charged a different amount, the total does not need to be split evenly.

More ways to top up Wallet

We’re also expanding the ways partners can top up Wallet (Overpay). Partners can use the top-up options available under their contract, giving them more flexibility when adding funds to Wallet.

Expand your air offering with Travelfusion

RateHawk is joining forces with Travelfusion. Our partnership with Travelfusion strengthens our low-cost carrier offering, adding easyJet and Ryanair to our inventory and giving you more flight options when building trips for your clients.

The integration brings more low-cost carrier fare options to the platform, faster ticket issuance, and improved support for selected post-booking operations, including baggage, seats, name changes, and cancellations.

See live driver info on every transfer voucher

We’ve introduced an improvement to transfer vouchers, reducing your manual work and giving travelers easy access to the latest information:

Live driver info on every voucher

Every voucher now includes a link or a QR code redirecting to a live page with up-to-date driver information: contact and vehicle details. If anything changes, the page is refreshed automatically, so there’s no need to resend a voucher. This allows travelers to quickly access the latest information while reducing the need for manual updates on your side.

A new “has-transfer” filter

The new filter lets you find hotel rates that already include transfer costs — this can be especially useful in destinations like the Maldives, where a boat or seaplane transfer may be needed to reach the accommodation.
