How to Connect a Mid-Office to RateHawk

In order to save time and reduce their volume of manual work many of our partners use mid-offices. We explain how to connect these systems to RateHawk and make processes at work even more effective.

Option 1: the mid-office has already been integrated with RateHawk

It’s simplest of all to connect one of the offices with which integration with RateHawk has already been completed:

  • Sapeig;
  • TINA;
  • Sakura;
  • Mag Travel.

If you work with one of the mid-offices in the above list and it has customized connection for you, then orders from our system will be copied to it automatically. If the orders do not copy then please contact your account manager and request a connection key.

Please note: currently only hotel bookings are downloaded to mid-offices. We will let you know as soon as this function becomes available for air tickets, transfers and other travel services.

Option 2: the mid-office has not been integrated with RateHawk

If your mid-office is not yet integrated with RateHawk then this can be fixed! To do this, follow the instructions or submit your contact details in the form at the bottom of this page.

  • Contact your account manager and ask them for the key and documentation for integration with the mid-office.
  • Contact the mid-office suppliers, ask them to connect to RateHawk and send them the key and documentation you received from us.
  • Please inform your account manager once integration is completed. They will also help you if any issues arise during the integration process.

Integration will take a few days and once completed you will be able to track hotel bookings wherever is most convenient: in the mid-office or your RateHawk online account.
