So that you are able to find the information you need on our site in a matter of seconds, we added a section on the company, explaining the advantages of a partnership with us, and invited you to collaborate with us and to our events.
For your convenience, all the new sections are located together — on the RateHawk.com homepage. To access this page, log out of your account or open RateHawk in Secret mode.
We refreshed the registration form.
Registration is the very first step to partnering with us, and we want it to be an easy and pleasant experience. We updated the form in the last quarter to make registration on RateHawk intuitively logical and as quick as possible.

We added a function to download a passive PNR.
This update is particularly useful for travel agents working in Amadeus. Now you can copy a separate passive segment of code from RateHawk and paste it into Amadeus so that all the information on hotels of the particular traveler is saved in the same GDS system.

We launched the early check-in/late check-out service
Until very recently, to arrange an early check-in/late check-out, you had to send a request to the account manager or support service. Now you can add this service directly during the booking.
Moreover, there are no restrictions by country — if the hotel provides this service, then you will see it in the search results. We explain this in detail here.
We created a page with information on restrictions.
We displayed some initiative and created a page where we collate and update on daily basis information about current restrictions in all countries of the world. It will come in handy when you are planning trips for your clients.
