What a PNR is

A PNR code (Passenger Name Record) is a five or six-character code containing information about the service, route, and passengers.

By copying a passive segment code from RateHawk, you can paste it into the Amadeus system so that all information about the traveler’s hotels can be saved in a single GDS.

How to copy the passive hotel segment code (PNR)

1. Open the Orders section and find the booking from which you want to copy the information.
2. Click the Copy the passive segment (PNR) button — it’s contained on the order page.

After that, a drop-down window will appear on-screen confirming the action.

3. Copy the code into the Amadeus system.

Please note: this function is already available for all bookings made after 8 April 2020.

We are striving to make RateHawk the most convenient tool for professionals and are always interested in hearing your suggestions. If you have any questions about working with our service, please share them with your account manager, who will be glad to help.
