Updated Requests in the Online Account

The requests functionality in the RateHawk system has become faster and more effective thanks to the latest update. We explain here what has changed.

Requests for new travel services

Previously, requests from your online account were only available for hotel bookings, but now you can contact support about air tickets and transfers as well. 

You can send the request directly from the booking page or from the Support section. To do this: 

  • Click the Support button in the top right-hand corner; 
  • In the window that appears click Create a new request
  • Select the required action and click Send request.
