How to participate
At 10:00 UTC +0 go to this page, read the questions, find the answers and enter them in the form below. In the same form please enter your own details (name, name of the agency, email and phone number) so that we know where to send the prize if you win.

What questions will be asked
Answers to questions about how the system works can be found on the site, in the blog, in the Help Center, or you can ask your account manager.
The hotel question will be more complicated, but at the same time far more interesting: in the format of a riddle, you have to guess the name of a hotel in our system. Once you figure out what hotel we are referring to you need to send it in reply.
What prizes are available
- Grand prize: an iPhone 12.
It will be won by the partner who correctly answers all five questions the fastest.
- Additional prizes: two promo codes for 300 and 150 euros.
The draw for the promo codes will be held using a randomizer among the other competitors who answered all questions correctly at 16:00 UTC +0 on the service’s official Facebook page.

Who can participate?
All RateHawk partners registered in the system.
Can I take part if I begin near the end of the contest?
Yes, you may join the contest at any time until it closes (in other words, until 16:00 UTC +0 on 22 December 2020). You will be unlikely to win the grand prize, but if you answer all questions correctly you can take part in the draw to win promo codes for 300 and 150 euros.
Can more than one travel agent from the same agency take part?
Yes, providing each participant records their individual details during the contest.
What should I do if I sent the right answer but misspelled it?
We will check all answers manually, so minor typos won’t matter. Above all, don’t forget that the answers have to be in English.
If I win an iPhone, how do I get it?
If you are located in the same city as your account manager, they will bring it to you directly. Otherwise, the prize will be delivered by courier no later than 28 February 2021.
