We made selections smoother and easier to use

Set up automatic W-9 and W-8 form generation

We’ve cut the bureaucracy to work even faster. 

Our aim is to simplify your routine, and as a result, W-8 and W-9 forms are now generated automatically. All you need to do is check over everything, add any missing information, and submit the forms to us. 

We’ve concluded new partnerships

May 2023 marked the beginning of exciting new friendships! 

We’ve forged partnerships with Italian agencies – Welcome Travel and Geo Travel Network– as well as with Airmet Grupo, one of Spain’s leading travel agency groups. 

In addition, RateHawk has now become a member of the U.S. Travel Association and a sponsor of major travel conference CON-X 2023.

Nominated as Travel Bulletin Star Awards finalists

RateHawk was nominated in two categories – Star Accommodation-Only Provider and Star Holiday Add-Ons Operator. 

It’s a huge honor for us to rank among the finalists of these prestigious British awards alongside other top travel industry gurus. 

We’re certain that this is the first step to winning several awards in our future! 

We visited a number of forums, conferences, and workshops

In the last three months, our global RateHawk team members were so delighted to meet up with our colleagues at these events: 

The RateHawk Middle East team at the exhibition in Dubai: discussions and new horizons of collaboration at the Arabian Travel Market.

• April 19-21 – Kazakhstan International Tourism and Travel Exhibition (KITF), we presented RateHawk’s tools and answered questions about working on our system. 
• May 1-4 – The RateHawk Middle East team attended the Arabian Travel Market exhibition in Dubai. We held lively discussions at our stand and discussed opportunities for effective collaboration. In addition, Serkan Özbay and Mohamed Belal gave a major interview about the region’s business potential and the upcoming plans we have in the making.
• May 2-4 – We visited the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) Global Conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This was an exciting opportunity to establish contacts with colleagues and conclude new partnership arrangements.
• May 18-19 – The Hawks gave a presentation at the Travel Hub conference in Astana. This focused on the development of IT technologies in the travel industry and the hospitality industry in the CIS.

On top of that, we organized two deep-dive workshops for our partners: 

• April 20 – Shared valuable knowledge in Madrid at a breakfast together with ITA Airways.
• May 2 – we held a meeting with Visit USA in Aachen.

But that’s not all

The RateHawk team meets with partners in Slovenia.

Over the past quarter, our regional teams have also met up with partners in Slovenia, Italy, Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Spain, and Germany.
