2023 has marked a series of significant milestones for RateHawk Italy team!
- We’ve opened an office in Milan.
- Have grown the team up to 37 people now.
- We’ve added more suppliers—totalling up to 200.
- We’re working with more than 5,500 partners.
- Established more important partnerships like GiraMondo Viaggi, Welcome Travel and Geo Travel Network, Dubai Tourism Board, Visit Usa Association, Lufthansa City Center.

We are happy to have an opportunity to visit TTG and discuss service-related topics with our partners openly and face-to-face. A high level of Service has always been a top priority, and we have many plans for its further improvement. Italy is one of our key regions, that’s why we’ve had the greatest focus on the service level for our Italian partners. We’ve segmented the team and now we have a dedicated support team for the Italian markets, that has the highest service standards.
