New cancellation conditions

Previously we could only tell you after which date you would be fined the full 100% of the booking cost. Now, if the hotel or supplier provides alternative options for canceling bookings, this is shown in the rate conditions.

You can read about this novelty here

New API version

Big changes awaited the API integration in the quarter. Both on the site and through apps, you can add the Early check-in/Late check out service, view the number of available rooms at each rate, manage profiles, pay for orders with a bank card, book more than one room in a single order, cancel non-refundable bookings and pay by card. The icing on the cake was the launch of 14 languages — previously, the API only supported English.

We tell you in detail about the new API functions here

New support service in Serbia and Bulgaria

We have launched local support services in Serbia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. This means that it will be simpler for our partners from those countries to contact specialists on local numbers.

To find the contact details of your support service and when you should contact them, read here

We continue to improve RateHawk relentlessly so that once the world is ready to resume travel, you will enjoy the best service available to professionals.

If you have any questions about working with our service, comments, or requests, please tell your account manager.
