Non-refundable rates

These rates have to be paid for when the booking is made.

Refundable rates

Refundable rates should be paid for no later than one day before the expiry of the free cancellation period if you pay by bank transfer, or no later than one hour before its expiry if you pay by card.

If the hotel or supplier provides varied conditions for canceling the booking, this is reflected in the rate conditions. Move the mouse cursor over the question mark in the cancelation column. Please note: such a cancelation policy only exists for those rates which had this option built-in from the beginning.

Important! The system automatically cancels unpaid for refundable bookings 30 minutes prior to the end period of the free cancellation period. Please pay for bookings on time.

Note that transactions between different banks may take over two working days to complete. If you have paid for an order but are worried that the payment may not arrive on time, please inform your account manager.

If you have any questions, please contact your account manager, who will help you to understand the process.
