- Open the Air Tickets section.
- Select the flight type.
- Enter the destination, flight dates, number of passengers and the rate.
- Select appropriate flights.
- Enter the passengers’ details.
- Issue the tickets (ensure that your contract limit is positive at the time you issue the tickets).
- Pay for the flights from your contract limit.
- Download the e-tickets from your online account or from an email.
All done!
Please note: now you can book a flight and see orders section only on the website, but soon such functionality will appear in the RateHawk mobile app.
How to top up your contract limit
- Bank transfer.
- Bank card.
- From your credit limit.
If you don’t have a credit limit (it’s a single limit for hotels and air tickets) or it’s too low to issue the tickets, please contact your account manager — they will help to resolve the issue.
Use the filters!
To make it easier for you to find the tickets you need, use the filters on the left-hand panel of the search page. With their help you can sort tickets by departure time, baggage allowance, number of connections or airline.
You may also book a journey with multiple destinations that includes up to six legs, as well as make a group booking (up to nine persons). Our dedicated support service team will assist you with any matter. They are available 24/7.
Information on paid tickets is available in your online account in the Orders tab of the Air Tickets section. There you can also download invoices due for payment and e-tickets in pdf.
The launch of air ticket sales on RateHawk simultaneously resolves a number of routine issues, but above all it will help to save your time when planning journeys and managing documentation for your orders.
