How can I book a transfer on RateHawk?
- Open the “Transfers” tab: Log in to your RateHawk account and navigate to the “Transfer” section on the website or in the app. If this tab doesn’t appear in your account, please contact your manager for assistance.
- Enter trip details: Select the departure and destination points, date, time, number of passengers, and, if applicable, the number of children traveling.
- Choose the transfer type: Use the filters to select the desired transfer type, including our new electric vehicle option, and review additional information on the booking card.
- Provide passenger information: Enter the passenger’s first and last names, phone number, flight number (if needed), and the text for the sign with which the driver will meet the passengers. Activate flight tracking if necessary, and specify the number of baggage items.
- Complete the booking: Proceed to payment to finalize the booking.
Once completed, the voucher will appear in your online account immediately, and the booking information will also be saved there.
