How can transfers in Quotes benefit you?
Adding transfers to Quotes gives you an opportunity to:
- Increase revenue: Cross-sell hotels and transfers in a single Quote to increase conversion potential and maximize earnings.
- Save time: Optimize workflows by offering transfers and accommodation services together.
- Improve client satisfaction: Deliver more complete, convenient travel offers that your customers expect to streamline their experience.
How it works
Adding transfers to Quotes is super easy. Simply find the needed transfer on the “Transfers” search page, open any offer, click the plus button, and either add it to an existing Quote or create a new one.
Alternatively, you can:
- Navigate to the “Quotes” page.
- Click “Create a Quote” or choose an existing one.
- Navigate to the new “Transfers” section and click “Add”. You’ll be redirected to the “Transfers” tab on the main page.
- Select a transfer and click “Add to Quote”
- Review the Quote — you’re all set! You can now share it with your client.
Please note: Transfer rates remain valid for 24 hours. If a rate expires, you will see it clearly marked in your Quotes and will be able to replace it with a similar available option.
Important: If a Quote contains two services (for example, a hotel and a transfer), they are paid for separately. We do not sell them as a single bundled package — each service is booked and paid for independently.
