RateHawk is an innovative B2B hotel booking engine developed by the Emerging Travel team. Our mission is to enrich everyone’s travel experience around the world through cutting edge technology and excellent service.

Main responsibilities:

  • Process new registrations within the first 24 hours;
  • Initial Partner Check: Perform preliminary checks for fraud indicators on new registrations assigned through the CRM system;
  • Contacting the Partner: Make multiple call attempts to reach new partners. If unsuccessful, send a series of onboarding emails to initiate contact;
  • Onboarding Calls: Conduct initial onboarding calls to understand the business segmentation and verify the legitimacy of the partner’s business;
  • Documentation Verification: Request and verify necessary documents, ensuring all required documentation is accurately processed within the first 24 hours;
  • Onboarding Meetings: Propose and schedule onboarding meetings with the Sales Manager.

Our requirements:

  • Relevant experience. Ideally, experience or degree in the travel industry;
  • Personal skills. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, comfortable with fast-changing business environment, team player;
  • International mindset. Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence;
  • Language knowledge. Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages as a plus.
