RateHawk now offers train ticket bookings, providing a seamless travel experience beyond flights and hotels. Travel agents can book rail travel directly through the platform, simplifying multi-modal itineraries for clients.

Automated transfer amendments for a seamless experience
We understand that plans change. To facilitate quick updates, our platform now allows automated amendments for common transfer modifications, such as:
- Updating passenger details (names, phone numbers)
- Changing the pickup date or time
- Adjusting flight numbers
- Editing text on the driver’s airport pickup sign
By automating these requests, we ensure faster processing and reduced reliance on customer support, making travel more efficient for all.
Vouchers available with or without “Paid” stamp
Our updated voucher system now offers more flexibility. You can now download a voucher with or without a “Paid” stamp. This makes it clear for the client and easier to manage for your internal admin system. When downloading a voucher, you’ll be offered to proceed with or without the stamp.
USA product launches and updates
No limit for commission payouts
We have removed the $100 minimum withdrawal threshold for commissions. Now, you can withdraw your earnings without restrictions, whether to a bank account or an overpayment account.
Miles to kilometers switcher
Users can now toggle between miles and kilometers when viewing distances in their RateHawk accounts. This update provides greater flexibility and enhances the user experience for travel professionals in different regions.
New disclaimer for promo codes
When applying loyalty points or promo codes while making gross payments, you will now see a notification confirming that deductions will be reflected when commissions are paid. These alerts appear on the booking form and in a payment popup, ensuring transparency.
Payment link for unpaid invoices
Agents can now access an “Invoices” tab within their own bookings to generate a payment link for clients. This feature streamlines invoicing and payment collection, making financial transactions more convenient.
ACH payment for commission payouts
RateHawk now supports ACH Direct Debit (ACH DD) in the U.S., providing a cost-effective and efficient payment method. Benefits include:
- Lower fees: ACH transactions cost significantly less than credit card payments.
- Automation: Simplifies recurring payments.
- Security: Ensures data encryption and authentication.
- Faster transactions: Settles payments in one to two business days.
Customer invoice feature
Users can now generate and download customer invoices automatically, eliminating the need for manual confirmation documents. This update improves efficiency and documentation accuracy.
API updates
Our API platform continues to grow with exciting updates that enhance user experience and simplify booking processes.
Pre-book from SERP feature
Our Pre-Book from SERP feature streamlines your booking process by allowing booking directly from SERP — no more hassle of matching rates between SERP and the “Hotel” page. This improvement:
- Provides real-time availability and pricing updates
- Offers flexible pricing for alternative rates
- Increases booking success rates by over 10%
New API documentation
To support our partners, we have revamped our API documentation for improved clarity and accessibility.
