RateHawk Guarantees The Best Prices

If you find a hotel cheaper somewhere other than on RateHawk.com, tell us about it! We will drop the price and give you loyalty points.

Offer available: from 2 to 30 December 2019.
Date of stay: from 2 December 2019 to 30 March 2020.

All rates are included in the offer.

If the rate is non-refundable, we will offer the equivalent of the price difference in loyalty points as compensation, and will also add extra points at a rate of 1% of the final cost of the booking after client check-out from the hotel.

If the rate is refundable, we will match the price, and will also add loyalty points at a rate of 1% of the final cost of the booking after client check-out from the hotel.

How to get discounts and loyalty points

1. Find the hotel you wish to book on RateHawk.com.

2. Find the same hotel on a competitor’s site. 

3. Make sure that the price on the competitor’s site is the same rate with the same conditions attached. These should be identical for both rates: room type, number of guests, period of stay, cancellation policy, meals included, taxes. The rate must be shown in the same currency as on RateHawk.com; hotel check-out no later than 30 March 2020. 

Which sites can be used?

Valid for any site where you can book this hotel (except promo rates, genius rates on Booking.com, metasearch websites).

For refundable rates

4. Book this accommodation on RateHawk.com.

5. Within 15 minutes of booking, take a screenshot of the competitor’s website, which shows: room type, number of guests, period of stay, cancellation policy, meals included, taxes, date and time of screenshot. 

6. Within an hour of booking, send an email to your account manager with the hotel room booking on RateHawk.com, the screenshot of the competitor’s site, and the email address of the account to credit with loyalty points.

After checking the information received, the account manager will: 

  • confirm that the offer applies and reduce the price of the booking within 24 hours;
  • add extra loyalty points at a rate of 1% of the final cost of the booking after the client checks out of the hotel.

For non-refundable rates

4. Take a screenshot of RateHawk.com, which shows: room type, number of guests, period of stay, cancellation policy, meals included, taxes, date and time of screenshot.

5. Within 15 minutes of the RateHawk screenshot, take a screenshot of the competitor’s website, which shows: room type, number of guests, period of stay, cancellation policy, meals included, taxes, date and time of screenshot.

6. Send the account manager both screenshots, and the email address of the account to credit with loyalty points.

Attention!

If you are not 100% sure that the rates are really equivalent, please do not book the hotel on a non-refundable rate before confirming all details with the account manager.

After checking the information received, the account manager will: 

  • confirm that you can receive compensation on this booking and inform you of the decision within 24 hours; 
  • add loyalty points to your bonus account at a rate of the difference in rate + 1% of the final cost of the booking after the client checks out of the hotel.
