This feature offers more precise, location-based search capabilities, enables map-based search, and supports niche locations.

Sort hotels

This API call lets you register a webhook to receive real-time booking status updates — offering an alternative to repeatedly checking for updates. Once you provide a URL, the Ratehawk API sends instant notifications about booking status changes (for example, “completed”) via POST requests. These include details such as the booking ID and status. Your system then responds to confirm receipt, and security measures verify the origin of the message.

This provides real-time booking status updates, saving time and keeping you constantly informed.

Access the documentation for real-time updates or explore the Midoffice Webhook Documentation for order status changes.

Retrieve rate info

This call allows you to get information about a selected hotel rate via book_hash without performing a new search. This is especially useful for confirming details right before booking.

Once you pass a unique book_hash from a previous search, and the system responds with comprehensive information about that rate, such as price, taxes, and cancellation policies. Overall, it’s about quickly checking the exact rate details you need without re-running the entire search process.

This call quickly confirms exact rate details, ensuring up-to-date pricing and availability without re-running an entire search, speeding up booking flows, and cutting down on errors.
