A New Format for Contacting the Support Service

We have put things in order: it is now easier to write to the support service, replies arrive more quickly, and the approximate amount of time required for the answer is known in advance.

How it used to be

The right-hand corner of the booking page contained the chat icon, through which you could ask any question and get an answer. 

It was convenient to use, but the entire history of requests was stored only in the correspondence and it was hard to find information from old requests. Moreover, on each occasion the answer would take different amounts of time to arrive, and it was hard to predict how long it would take. 

How it is now

The booking page now displays a special request form. 

We have added the main request topics to this form — this will help to structure information received, meaning that the specialist will see your request and help to resolve it even more quickly. 

The list of topics is based on the most frequent requests. 

The approximate time required for an answer is shown straight away — it’s calculated automatically depending on the type of request and workload of the support service. 

We have become faster

As well as updating the mechanism for sending requests we have optimized their processing — now we answer even more quickly! 

The booking page now displays the history of requests, which are structured by topics — this will make it easier for you to find information when needed.
