Main responsibilities:
- Daily team management to achieve planned financial results of the division;
- Monitoring and analysis of staff KPI results;
- Organization of search for and signing up of new business partners, as well as developing current partners and holding negotiations with them;
- Helping the team to manage key partners;
- Hiring and training staff;
- Involvement in designing and implementing the division’s marketing plan;
- Market research, analysis and forecasting.
Our requirements:
- Successful experience of managing a team (sales managers or account managers) of at least three years;
- Professional experience in the travel industry;
- An understanding of tourism and the main online booking systems;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong organizational and management skills;
- An ability to quickly grasp the features of new markets;
- English and Spanish speaker.
