The Early check-in/Late check-out service has been incorporated into RateHawk, and you will no longer have to send requests to your account manager or the support service. Simply filter hotels by the availability of the Early check-in/Late check-out option and add this service to your order when making a booking. Note there are no country limitations — if a hotel offers this service, it will appear in the selection.
How it works
1. In the special search form window, indicate that you require the Early check-in/Late check-out service (EС/LC) and the time.
Hotels will appear on the search page that confirm this service.
How to find a required hotel
If you have not found your required hotel, it means that it does not provide the Early check-in/Late check-out service online. In that case, you can search for your hotel without this service and then request the required service from our support team.
2. Choose an appropriate hotel and open that hotel’s page.
The cost of the Early check-in/Late check-out service will be shown immediately. To view full information about this service, move the cursor over the question mark in the EС/LC section.
3. On the booking page, in the Improved conditions section, place a tick next to the required service.
Note that we never sell services by default. If you do not place a tick by the required service, the booking will be completed without it.
Only time
The Early check-in/Late check-out service only impacts the time of check-in/check-out, and any extra required meals will have to be ordered separately.
The service and its cost will be shown in your online account on the order page, together with the other information. In the accounting confirmatory documents, it will not be shown on a separate line but will be included in the hotel booking.
Thanks to this update, you will no longer need to check manually whether the Early check-in/Late check-out service is available, leave a request and wait for information on the price — the service will be instantly added to the order and confirmed.
